We almost always have room for walk ins on weekdays and lunch times, especially in the summer but booking is advised for Fridays & Saturdays.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

Bookings can be made for food (1hr 45mins) or drinks (45mins), inside (the restaurant) or outside (the terrace).

Please make sure you are booking the right one as if we’re fully booked it may just give the option of a drinks booking or an outside booking and we really don’t want to disappoint you if you wanted to eat or if it’s too cold outside.

We allow dogs on the terrace or at the bar only, not in the dining room sadly due to hygiene.

If you have booked but no confirmation email has been received or if you’re having trouble booking please call or email us because if card details are declined when booking the booking will not be completed:

Please note that for tables of more than six people we only accept one card payment to avoid potential confusion as we sadly don’t all have maths degrees, nor time to work out complicated splits between many people on a busy evening!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we reserve the right to charge £20/person using the card details provided by you if you don't show up or cancel within 12 hours of your booking time. We will hold your table for 15 minutes before cancelling. Please call us for any changes or illnesses. Bookings outside - If it rains too ferociously we may have to close the terrace and unfortunately cannot guarantee a replacement table inside, you will not be charged if cancelling a terrace table in bad weather! Bookings inside - There may be the opportunity to move outside if the weather is pleasant however we cannot guarantee this as we may be fully booked on the terrace.

Saturday - 12.30pm-midnight (12.30pm-2pm / 5.30pm-9.30pm)

christmas parties

We are available to book for large parties any lunch time in December. We also are available for large parties on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Please note we do not do tables of more than eight people on Friday and Saturday evenings, this is simply so we can give everyone the best possible experience!

Here are a few points to consider:

• Maximum capacity is 36 people (inside)

• We offer the whole menu for all to share for £35/person (excluding desserts)

• We cater for all dietary requirements if notified in advance

• A deposit of £10/person is required to secure the booking

• Sittings are from 12.30pm/1pm-4pm / 5pm/5.30pm-8pm / 8.15pm-Midnight

about us

Snobby’s is a restaurant/wine bar on Chandos road, Bristol. Casual Italian inspired dining in a relaxed environment serving pasta & small plates. The restaurant was once owned by Keith Floyd which is rather fitting as we put a huge emphasis on wine with a selection so vast that we can hardly contain it!

We opened in July 2019. Owner Nick Bethell followed his father’s footsteps in the drinks and hospitality industry and strived to open a wine bar from a young age. After ten years in the industry that idea was finally made a reality.

The kitchen is headed up by Giovanni Franco and Rebecca Leonardi, creating a lovely blend of southern Italian and Sicilian influence. Our food is directed by the seasons and sourced either locally to be as fresh as possible or directly from Italy.

Barroux

We are soon opening a wine bar across the road at 19 Chandos road called Barroux. This will be in addition to Snobby’s and will not only be the perfect stop off before/after your meal with us, but it will also be our wine cellar to house all of our wonderful fine wines in perfect conditions! More to come soon so watch this space…
